The service

Addris publishes Irish property market information — sold prices, planning applications, transport, amenities, flood risk and derived area statistics — assembled from public data sources into pages for every county, area, town and street. It is provided free and as-is. The interactive map and Ask Addris are paused; the pages on this site are the service.

Data accuracy

Addris republishes public registers and derives statistics from them. Those registers contain errors — prices are self-declared for stamp duty, addresses are inconsistently recorded, new-build prices exclude VAT, and the placing of a sale on the map is approximate for some records. Scores and medians are statistical summaries, not valuations or advice. The register lags sales by weeks to months, and each page states the date its data runs to. Do not make a purchase, sale or financial decision on Addris data alone — verify anything that matters with the underlying register, a surveyor or a professional adviser. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on the site.

Acceptable use

Personal and internal-business use is welcome, and you may quote any figure with a link to the page it came from. You may not scrape, bulk-extract or resell the site's data or systematically reconstruct the underlying datasets; ask us at hello@addris.ie instead. You may not attempt to disrupt the site or its form endpoint.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
