Who we are

Addris is operated by Terracue Limited, an Irish company. You can reach us at hello@addris.ie.

What we collect, and why

The interest list. If you leave your email address in the form on this site, it is stored with our email provider, Resend (acting as our processor), and used only to tell you when Addris returns and to send you the Addris Report. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you. Lawful basis: consent.

Mail to hello@addris.ie. Mail sent to that address is received by Amazon Simple Email Service in the European Union, held for up to 90 days, and forwarded to the mailbox we read it in. We use it to reply to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in answering correspondence.

Technical logs. Our hosting (Amazon Web Services, EU) keeps short-lived request logs — such as IP address and the page requested — for security and reliability. The form's endpoint logs the address submitted for 30 days. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in operating the site securely.

Nothing else. This site has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no analytics script and no advertising trackers. The app that had those things — the map, alerts, Ask Addris — is paused, and the data it held about its handful of test accounts has been deleted.

Cookies and browser storage

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. If a service worker from the old app is still installed in your browser, the file at the same address now removes it.

Property data on these pages

The sold prices, planning applications and other records on Addris come from public registers published by Irish public bodies — principally the Residential Property Price Register (PSRA), the National Planning Applications Database (Tailte Éireann) and council planning feeds. Addris republishes these public records with context and does not add personal information to them. If you have a concern about a record that relates to you, contact us and we will review it; corrections to the underlying registers are a matter for the publishing body.

Retention

Addresses on the interest list are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Mail to hello@ is held by our mail service for 90 days and in our mailbox for as long as the conversation needs. Request logs expire within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email hello@addris.ie and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
